Management and Major Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Surveys
Management and Major Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Surveys are carried out by approved United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) laboratories, with competent as well as qualified surveyors practising in accordance and based upon HSE Guidance Note Asbestos: The survey guide (HSG 264).
Re-inspection Surveys
We also offer a service to undertake Re-inspection Surveys of buildings which have previously undergone Management Asbestos Surveys. This re-inspection report will enable the duty holder to be well informed of the condition of the current ACM’s, so that a risk assessment and a management plan with the appropriate measures (maintenance or removal) can be actioned for the safety of members of staff, public or trades.
An asbestos survey or even a bulk sample is an effective way to help you manage asbestos in your premises by providing accurate information about the location, amount and type of any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).
Asbestos Sampling
If a survey is excessive, we also provide an asbestos sampling and analysis service. A bulk sample can be taken or collected by ourselves and an Asbestos Fibre Identification certificate is produced for each batch of samples analysed.
With consideration of our clients, all certificates and reports are presented in an accessible, easy to understand format and are available in a signed digital copy which is provided in PDF format via email. A hard copy can also be provided.
