Ryan Corrigan

Asbestos Operations Manager

Ryan has over 20 years of experience within the asbestos industry, beginning as a surveyor and leading to becoming an Operations Manager in 2018.

Ryan has a successful background within the industry, both in removal and surveying. He has proven his capabilities in running offices and delivery of multiple complex projects, from initiating business to be won, through to completion on-site.

Ryan’s experience of actively leading a workforce’s to execute high quality work, whilst developing both the business and the people within it, allows H&S Asbestos to plan for a bright future.

Les Kelly

Asbestos Contracts Manager

Les has over 39 years of experience within the asbestos industry, commencing his career as an operative and working his way up through to his current position.

Les has been a key influencer in achieving several Gold ARCA awards over his career, as well as instrumental in supporting multiple companies in attaining and sustaining their HSE Licence and ensuring compliance in a strictly regulated industry.
Les has managed projects across a broad range of sectors including MOD, construction, retail, public health, local Government, education, housing associations, utilities and domestic properties.
His extensive expertise and knowledge enable him to provide comprehensive guidance and tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.

Rebecca Ruddy

Asbestos Office Manager

Rebecca has over 18 years of experience working within an administrative role with specific focus within the asbestos industry.

Her expansive skill set covers a range of office systems, customer service, support, daily administrative functions and other vital organisational project tasks.

Rebecca plays a crucial role in successfully completing many vital projects to an exacting schedule with a high attention to safety standards. Developing and adapting to the ever-changing asbestos regulations, Rebecca has been fundamental in creating many documents, producing policies and procedures to uphold the requirements.

All of our personnel hold the relevant qualifications and experience to carry out their duties, with asbestos refresher training undertaken annually and Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) completed on a regular basis.

Employees also undertake Licensed Asbestos Medicals accompanied by a Fitness to Work assessment to ensure their health and safety. To ensure safe practices and personal development, further training is given with project-specific courses and certification.
